We try our best to launch a new arrivals every month, but sometimes it may be every 6 weeks or 2 months. I am a one women show that works on all the in house designs here in Australia, and I try my very best and work so hard to be ahead of time to have a consistent flow of new arrivals despite the lengthy production lead time.  

Yes, very proudly to say that all our designs are exclusive to R&S and are designed by our owner herself, who is a fellow nursing mother for almost 18 months and counting. Our base of operations is right here in QLD, Australia. 

Not often no. Unfortunately, at this stage in our business we strive on bringing out new styles and designs. We are conscious about creating small bath collections, as a small business we strive on being and having exclusivity within our brand. If we restock our best sellers, it unfortunately will interrupt our future design process. 

After a payment has been processed, we cannot ament the order. 

Read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. All sale item purchases are final. We do not exchange, refund or store credit item purchased on sale. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Rumi and Sol maintains that it is unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marker-down. Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders will amended to reflect the sale price if the order was placed outside of the sale timeframe. Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used. Shipping time frames change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale.
